Start van de avond
- Haal de sleutels van de rolluiken en de DVS-kasten op bij de beheerder, en open de DVS-kasten in de EHBO-ruimte.
- Zet het baanbord en de shuttlebak klaar. Je vindt het baanbord in de EHBO-ruimte en de shuttlebak in een van de DVS-kasten in de EHBO-ruimte.
Gedurende de avond
- Wees gastvrij voor nieuwe badmintonners! Iedereen is wel een keer nieuw, en het is fijn als je terecht kan bij je mede-badmintonners voor meer informatie. Op het baanbord hangen flyers met alle speeltijden die je kan aanbieden. Komt de badmintonner voor de training? Koppel de badmintonner dan aan de trainer.
Einde van de avond
- Ruim de badmintonnetten op in de kar achter de rolluiken. Ook de badmintonpalen worden op of naast de kar opgeborgen.
- Ruim alle shuttles en rackets op in de kasten.
- Doe de kasten op slot, sluit het rolluik en lever de sleutels weer in bij de beheerder.

Start of the evening
- Pick up the keys of the roller shutters and the DVS cupboards at the hall administrator.
- Open the DVS cupboard with the keys. You will find the cupboards in the first aid room.
- Set up the reservation board and shuttles. You will find the reservation board in the first aid room. The shuttle box is a red box in one of the cupboards.
- Please wear the hall attendant band, to make sure that everybody knows who is today’s hall attendant.
- Put up a new attendance list on the reservation board.
During the evening
- Be welcome to new players! Please keep in mind that new players appreciate if you help them with their first steps at DVS. At the reservation board, flyers with all practical information can be found. Has the player a coach session appointment? Introduce the new player to the coach.
End of the evening
- Please store the badminton net and the badminton poles at the cart behind the shutter rollers.
- Store all badminton rackets and shuttles in the DVS cupboards.
- Lock the DVS cupboards, close the roller shutters and hand in the keys at the hall attendant.
